Therapy for Black Girls
Each July, Therapy for Black Girls observes Minority Mental Health Awareness Month by exploring topics and conversations that prioritize the collective well-being of Black women and girls. This year, we expanded our mission by designing the Holding Space for Healers summit—a dedicated event for mental health professionals who have committed their careers to supporting others. The summit focused on addressing burnout, navigating career pivots, and managing the mental health toll that has intensified post-pandemic. By centering the experiences and needs of healers, we aim to create a ripple effect of well-being within the communities they serve, reinforcing our commitment to fostering a sustainable and compassionate mental health ecosystem.
